EDWARDIAN 18CT ROSE GOLD SAPPHIRE DIAMOND HAREM STACKING RING 5 ROW BAND
A stunning and most unusual Edwardian circa 1900 18ct rose gold stacking harem ring set with old cut diamond and natural sapphires ( the hallmark is unreadable, hence tested as such ).
The is a genuine Edwardian/ Art deco period piece- not a reproduction ie. 'in the style of', these are very rare to find on ebay, and infact anywhere else!
Set within the superb ring sits 5 fine natural and tested old cut Diamonds and 10 vibrant natural sapphires.
The diamonds measures just over 2mm each, while the cushion cut sapphires measure 3 x 2mm.
The diamonds are of high clarity and colour (Si1 and J-K). They are flawless to the naked eye. The sapphires are vibrant deep electric blue and in superb condition.
Total diamond content is 0.50ct
The total diameter of the mobile sapphire and diamond plaque is 15.5mm x 8mm . The bands stretch the wide of 12mm. The bands are held together as per tradition for the harem, this wrap is again mobile.
