Stunning antique late Georgian, 18ct and silver set diamond drop earrings

These are a very important pair of investment earrings, absolutely stunning one off original piece

HALLMARKS

Posts tested as high carat. Diamond setting is most likely Silver. I believe there has been a rhodium finish to the earrings as they have a good bright colour

MEASUREMENTS

Encrusted within the earrings a variety of antique cushion cut original stones, no evidence of any replacements. All held within pinched silver setting. Three articulating sections means a play of light catching all of the diamond facets. These look absolutely superb on.

Old cushion cut diamonds; 2- 3x4mm each.
Clarity Vs2 - P. Mostly on average Si1 colour H-I with a few diamonds showing some tint in colour.
Total carat weight estimated in situ approximately; 5.20-5.40ct

Drop Length; 42mm from top of shepards hooks
Shepards hook expectedly for security are tight and will require a little loosening to get in the lobe but then sit very nicely
